I just realised: It's my three year anniversary on DeviantART.
Wow.
Three years is a long time to do anything.

I always do a sort of comparison of my work over the years, this is the first thing in my gallery:

I don't quite know what to say about it other than that I've improved quite drastically.

Which reminds me, I suppose that when I first joined here, I had no idea what career I wanted to pursue in the future, I had said comic book artist because it sounded good, but I don't think I ever really believed it with any conviction.

And HEY! Now I want to be a jeweller. Fun times. Hm, I wonder if 15-year-old me had any idea how stressful university application is? If ever a "Back the Future" scenario occurs I'd probably tell myself to CALM THE FUCK DOWN. And pass maths first time. That would've made the whole thing run a lot smoother.

But what's done is done, my friends, thank you for sticking with me, or indeed, finding me. It means a lot
